About Us

Ajialouna-US is a U.S.-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established to extend nearly 30 years of proven humanitarian and educational impact by Ajialouna Lebanon to the United States.

Founded as a platform for the Lebanese diaspora and friends of Lebanon, Ajialouna-US mobilizes U.S.-based resources to deliver long-term, transparent, and high-impact solutions for Lebanon’s most urgent needs. While our mission is rooted in Ajialouna’s broader humanitarian legacy, our work in the United States begins with a clear and focused priority: protecting access to higher education for Lebanon’s youth.

Ajialouna-US operates with strong governance, financial transparency, and accountability, ensuring that every contribution entrusted to us is deployed responsibly and with measurable impact.

Our Mission

To empower Lebanon’s youth through education by ensuring equitable access to higher learning and safeguarding the future of an entire generation.

Leadership: Osman Minkara

Ajialouna-US was founded through a collaboration between Osman Minkara, Ghida Minkara, and Ajialouna Lebanon, uniting diaspora leadership with a trusted Lebanese institution.

Osman Minkara is an accomplished entrepreneur, financial strategist, and philanthropist with nearly three decades of experience in wealth management, investment strategy, and institutional advisory. He is the Founder and Managing Director of CIG Capital Advisors, where he has led the development of sophisticated wealth planning and asset allocation strategies for high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions.

Over the course of his career, Osman has raised and managed more than $1 billion across public and private investments in healthcare, real estate, and technology. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Wayne State University, an Advanced Management Program (AMP) from Oxford University, and a joint Executive MBA from New York University, the London School of Economics, and HEC Paris.
