More Lebanese people live outside Lebanon than inside Lebanon. We are a diaspora with deep roots and a responsibility to the country we carry with us.
For over 30 years, Ajialouna Lebanon has supported a network of over 27,000 families annually, connecting them to healthcare, food, education, and vital services. But when Lebanon’s economic crisis deepened, the gap between need and available resources grew too wide to close from within. Talented students who had earned their place at university could not afford to go. The need for workforce-ready graduates had never been greater and the resources to meet it had never been more constrained.
Ajialouna US was created by a team of people who could not ignore that moment. Long-time donors, volunteers, and supporters of Ajialouna Lebanon came together to build something that could help close that gap from within the US. Ajialouna US is the result.
